Sustainable development and justice in Islamic Economics

Abstract Throughout history, from the beginning of creation, man has been naturally interested in the development and improvement and continuously efforts to achieve better positions and more so. On the other hand, justice is considered sometimes alone and sometimes with the efficiency in the economy as two important issues. Economic and social justice is that when there is the conflicting demand and justice provides compatibility between different desires. Islam is a way of life. Islam is a comprehensive religion that physical and spiritual aspects of human existence is intended together and for all his needs offered a certain agenda. Therefore, about justice and sustainable development also provides practical instructions and explain concepts and two concepts is known and studied together. Development and sustainable development in Islam (to achieve the transcendent objectives of human) has the material and spiritual aspects. According to Islam, the concept of sustainable development and development does not just look prosperity in this world, but also prosperity in both worlds are concerned there is no difference between the two worlds. In this context, justice is the core as long as Muslims to operate Islamic teachings in their daily lives. This paper describes the concept sustainable development and justice from Islamic perspective, and the relationship between justice and sustainable development in Islamic economics is studied. This paper seeks to answer this question whether from Islamic economics perspective sustainable development in connection with the justice defined and checked or not. The results suggest that Islamic justice will be established when poverty is disappeared and distributive justice established. Also protection from natural resources will establish intergenerational justice. The satisfaction requires the ethical development and satisfaction of material needs requires the development of all human and material resources in a way that is fair, while the materials are manifested as a tool to achieve the higher goals that Islam has determined. In previous studies clearly justice and sustainable development communication and its position has not been explained while they are the main focus in this research. The study of Human Development Index in the case of Iran indicate that improving problems such as unemployment, inflation, poverty and environmental destruction, will close the country's economic development in the Islamic justice.
