Evaluating Performance of Iran Economy during Five Years programs of Economic, Social and Cultural, Based on Islamic Economics (Third To Fifth Programs)

The aim of this paper analyzes the Iran's economic situation based on Islamic economy during the third to fifth Economic, Social and Cultural Rights of development programs. For doing so, we have used a combination index, which includes components justice and social and economic opportunities, higher ethical standards and integrity and confidence in the markets and economic interaction (less corruption), Islamic finance and welfare and poverty alleviation. The results showed that the trend of economic and social justice component associated with fluctuations in the Third Development Plan and has been rising during the fourth and fifth programs. The ethical standards components have been relatively consistent in the third development program and in the fourth program it has a downtrend. Islamic financing component is also decreasing trend and component of welfare and poverty alleviation had increasing trend during third and fourth development program. Total index rising in third program, almost constant in forth program and during the fifth program has been downtrend. Generally, during fourth development program, the amount of Islamic economic goals achieve more than the third program.
