The compliance of justice rules such as ethic and free-riba is one of the important indexes of an Islamic bank that sometimes is ignored. According to the first article of the Riba (interest) - free banking act, that it targets establishing a monetary and credit system on the basis of right and justice (with the Islamic standards), this paper tries to suggest an operational framework for a justice-centered bank by the Islamic approach.
The results of this research show the concepts of justice are connected to observing the rights of persons. Therefor there are three rules for identification of an operational framework for a justice-centered bank. These rules are compliance of general rights, compliance of competency of persons and attention to poor classes of society. The examination of these rules in treat with bank staff, bank clients, bank shareholders and people of the community is another part of this research
