Minimum Wage Policy in The Islamic Economics

Minimum wage policy is a way to protect labors and providing minimum level of life for them. This policy has some Advocates and Opponents in the conventional economics and is discussed in the Islamic Economics.
This paper by proposing a fair mechanism for wage determination and Explaining the duties of Islamic government, shows that Minimum wage policy in fair condition is not correct. Providing the minimum level of life for labors is one of the duties of Islamic government not producers. The Islamic government can do this duty through social security policy or subsidies
