Designing a model for Islamic banking efficiency by interpretive- structural approach (Case study: Keshavarzi Bank branches in Ardebil Province)

This research aims to design a model for Islamic banking performance by interpretive- structural approach. The research method is descriptive- Survey and the type of the study based on objective is functional. In the present study, that its Statistical Society are Keshavarzi Bank branches customers in Ardabil, sampling is performed using classified random practice adequate with sample volume. The research instruments were Questionnaire which was made by researchers and in content and formally was confirmed respect to the number of Ardabil city Bank Experts, and its reliability by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was confirmed.  The project findings show that in costumers’ point of view, the most important factor in Islamic banking efficiency is using of more Payment facility in participatory contracts rather than transactional, and most banks participations in investment and production. By interpretive-structural modeling and surveys of ten Ardabil Keshavarzi Bank experts, factors related to the reluctance of banks in the implementation of analyzing Islamic banking and relations between variables were found. The results showed that information and people confidence in Islamic banking has a key role and in terms of increasing the efficiency is a priority
