Each monetary economy has a financial system in which banks form the basis of this financial system. Today, banks are characterized by a variety of financial credit services, called financial services supermarkets. The bank's lifetime is dependent on deposits. Indeed, it is the deposit-driven deposit and the banking operations column. Carrying out other duties and banking operations is subject to deposit withdrawal, in other words, this basic duty is preceded by other banking tasks (Shayan Arani, 2010). Currently, due to the decrease and uniformity of the interest rate on bank deposits among other competitors , The need to fully understand the advantages and abilities of the bank in order to achieve the long and long term objectives of attracting new resources in the priority of the survey. Mellat Bank is also not excluded from this with 1811 branches throughout the country and 14 branches in Semnan province as one of the country's largest banks. The method of research and analysis of information in the present paper is the spatial coefficient model and the model of location change that is one of a variety of regional planning models. By applying the models to each of the 14 branches, the results indicate that which branch is beneficial in attracting any type of deposit and should use its facilities in that regard
