fa تأثیر تسهیلات قرض‌الحسنه بر اشتغال در اقتصاد ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <em><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">تسهیلات قرض‌الحسنه یکی از مهم‌ترین اعتبارات بانکداری اسلامی به شمار می‌رود که می‌تواند بر اشتغال تأثیر بگذارد. با توجه به این موضوع، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تأثیر تسهیلات قرض‌الحسنه بر اشتغال در استان‌های ایران می‌پردازد. در</span></span></em> <em><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">این پژوهش، تأثیرتسهیلات</span></span></em> <em><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">قرض‌الحسنه که خارج از طبقه‌بندی عقود مبادله‌ای و مشارکتی در نظام بانکداری اسلامی می‌باشد بر اشتغال مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این راستا، از مدل داده‌های تابلویی شامل استان‌های ایران در سال‌های 1394-139۸ استفاده گردیده است. نتایج برآورد مدل به روش حداقل مربعات تعمیم‌یافته عملی نشان می‌دهد که و یافته‌های تحقیق بیان می کند که تسهیلات قرض‌الحسنه، تولید ناخالص داخلی، سرمایه فیزیکی و بهره‌وری نیروی کار تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر اشتغال استان‌ها دارد. علاوه بر این، مشاهده می‌شود که بیشترین تأثیر مربوط به تولید ناخالص داخلی و سرمایه فیزیکی است و اشتغال بیشتر از آنکه تابع تسهیلات قرض‌الحسنه و بهره‌وری نیروی کار باشد، تحت تأثیر شرایط اقتصاد کلان قرار دارد. </span></span></em><span dir="RTL"> </span> Qard-Al-Hasan is one of the most important Islamic banking facilities that can affect employment. In this regard, the present study investigates the effect of Qard-Al-Hasan loan, which is not in the category of echange and partnership mods in Islamic banking system of Iran on employment in Iran&rsquo;s provinces will be analyzed. In this regard, a Panel Data model has been used for this purpose during 2015-2019. The preparing tests for the estimation of the modle lead the study to use the Feasible Generalized Least Squares method, and the results show that Qard-Al-Hasan loan has a positive and significant effect on employment in Iran&rsquo;s economy.
