fa اثرات اصلاح راهبردهای تجارت خارجی بر اشتغال کامل (شواهدی از ایران) The effects of reforming foreign trade strategies on full employment (evidence from Iran) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">تجارت خارجی و ارتباط آن با رشد اقتصادی، یکی از موضوعات بسیار بحثانگیز به ویژه در انتخاب استراتژیهای توسعه در کشورهای در حال توسعه است و هنوز بین اقتصاددانان برای این موضوع که چگونه سیاستهای تجاری و اشتغال کامل  میتوانند ارتباط داشته باشند، توافق وجود ندارد. همچنین برنامه آزادسازی تجاری به عنوان فرایندی در اصلاح سیاستهای تجارت خارجی، زمینهساز رقابتپذیری بینالمللی و مـشارکت کشورها در فعالیتهای اقتصادی اسـت. البته در جریان این برنامه، فعالیتهایی که از توان رقابتی خـوبی برخوردار نباشد، امکان ادامه کار را از دست می دهد .بدین منظور اثرات رفاهی ناشی از  اصلاح سیاستهای تجارت خارجی بر اشتغال کامل  در دوره زمانی 1380 تا 1397 از طریـق روش  مدل اتورگرسیو با وقفه توزیعی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان داد که آزادسازی تجاری از طریق به کارگیری سیاستهای حذف و یا کاهش تعرفهها و افزایش واردات در کوتاه مدت، اثر معنیداری بر روی اشتغال ایجاد میکند.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Foreign trade and its relationship with economic growth is one of the most controversial topics, especially in the selection of development strategies in developing countries, and there is still no agreement among economists on how trade policies and full employment can be related. Also, the trade liberalization program as a process of reforming foreign trade policies is the basis for international competitiveness and the participation of countries in economic activities. Of course, in the course of this program, activities that do not have a good competitive ability will lose the possibility to continue working. For this purpose, the welfare effects of foreign trade policy reform on full employment in the period 1380 to 1397 through the method of autoregressive model with interruption A distribution has been investigated.
