fa تأثیر رشد بخشی و توسعه مالی بر رفاه اجتماعی استان لرستان: رویکرد ARDL تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><em><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">افزایش رفاه اجتماعی و اقتصادی به عنوان یکی از اولویت های توسعه اقتصادی مستلزم تغییرات ساختاری در روند توسعه می باشد. دو عامل مهم در شکل گیری این روند را می توان رشد اقتصادی و توسعه بخش مالی در نظر گرفت. لذا هدف این مطالعه، تأثیر رشد بخشی (کشاورزی، صنعت و خدمات) و توسعه مالی بر رفاه اجتماعی استان لرستان است. در این پژوهش اثرات رشد سه بخش کشاورزی، صنعت و خدمات به همراه شاخص توسعه مالی بر رفاه اجتماعی استان لرستان مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. جهت برآورد مدل تحقیق از داده های سالانه طی دوره زمانی 1399-1360 و مدل اقتصادسنجی </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.5pt">ARDL</span><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که در بلندمدت رشد بخش های کشاورزی، صنعت و خدمات اثری مثبت بر رفاه دارد، به طوریکه رشد بخش صنعت اثر ضعیف تری نسبت به دیگر بخش ها را نشان می دهد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که توسعه شاخص مالی باعث بهبود سطح رفاه اجتمای در استان لرستان می شود. به طورکه توسعه مالی از طریق مستقیم دسترسی افراد کم درآمد به اعتبارات، سبب گسـترش کسب و کار این افراد می شود و قدرت خرید آنها را افزایش می دهد یا حداقل از طریق پس انداز مطلوب با فقر مبارزه می کند که نتیجه این اتفاقات می تواند بهبود سطح رفاه باشد. در نهایت نیز چالش های پیش روی بخش های مختلف اقتصادی استان لرستان بیان گردید.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</em></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><em><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Increasing social and economic welfare as one of the priorities of economic development requires structural changes in the development process. Two important factors in the formation of this trend can be considered economic growth and the development of the financial sector. Therefore, the purpose of this study is the effect of sectoral growth (agriculture, industry and services) and financial development on the social welfare of Lorestan province. In this research, the effects of the growth of the three sectors of agriculture, industry and services along with the financial development index on the social welfare of Lorestan province have been investigated. In order to estimate the research model, the annual data during the period of 1981-2020 and the ARDL econometric model have been used. The results show that in the long term, the growth of agriculture, industry and service sectors has a positive effect on welfare, so that the growth of the industry sector shows a weaker effect than other sectors. Also, the results showed that the development of the financial index improves the level of social welfare in Lorestan province. So that financial development through direct access of low-income people to credits, causes the expansion of these people&#39;s business and increases their purchasing power, or at least fights poverty through favorable savings, and the result of these events can improve be the level of well-being.
