fa بررسی روابط اقتصادی ترکیه با روسیه در دوران پوتین تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><em><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">این مقاله به بررسی روابط اقتصادی بین ترکیه و روسیه در دوران حکومت پوتین می‌پردازد. این دوره برشمرده می‌شود به</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.5pt">‌</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">عنوان یک دوره حیاتی در روابط دوجانبه این کشورها، که با تحولات سیاسی، اقتصادی و منطقه‌ای همراه بوده است. با بررسی تاریخی روابط دوجانبه و سپس به تحلیل سیاست‌های اقتصادی پوتین و تأثیر آن بر روابط اقتصادی با ترکیه می‌پردازد. همچنین، نقش ترکیه در روابط اقتصادی منطقه‌ای و تأثیرات تحریم‌ها و تغییرات جهانی بر روابط دوجانبه مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. با توجه به اهمیت استراتژیک این روابط برای منطقه و جهان، هدف از این مقاله به درک عمیق‌تر از دینامیک‌های اقتصادی و سیاسی منطقه اساسی باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</em></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif=""><span new="" roman="" times="">This article examines the economic relations between Turkey and Russia during Putin&#39;s rule. This period is considered as a critical period in the bilateral relations of these countries, which has been associated with political, economic and regional developments. It analyzes the historical relations between the two countries and then analyzes Putin&#39;s economic policies and their effect on the economic relations with Turkey. Also, Turkey&#39;s role in regional economic relations and the effects of sanctions and global changes on bilateral relations are examined.
