fa مقایسه اثر انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر و تجدیدناپذیر بر آلودگی‌های زیست‌محیطی در کشورهای منتخب توسعه‌یافته و درحال‌توسعه Comparison of the Effect of Renewable Energy on Environmental Pollution in Selected Developed and Developing Countries تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">   زمینه و هدف: امروزه انرژی به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل اصلی تولید، سهم بزرگی در رشد و توسعه کشورهای مختلف بر عهده دارد. با توجه اینکه رشد اقتصادی با الگوی فعلی مصرف انرژی در کشورهای با درآمد متوسط همچون ایران منجر به آسیب های زیست محیطی و تشدید وضعیت رو به وخامت آلودگی هوا می گردد، از یک سو اتخاذ سیاست‌های مناسب به منظور کاهش اثرات آلاینده ها در این کشورها امری ضروری است و از سوی دیگر به دلیل لزوم دستیابی به رشد اقتصادی باثبات، جایگزینی سوخت‌های فسیلی با منابع انرژی‌تجدیدپذیر نباید تداوم مسیر رشد اقتصادی را متوقف سازد. به‌کارگیری هر چه بیشتر انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر علاوه بر ایجاد ظرفیت های ویژه برای رشد اقتصادی، با تنوع بخشی به سبد انرژی کشورها موجب ارتقای امنیت انرژی شده و می‌تواند با کاهش آلودگی هوا نقش مهمی در حفاظت از محیط‌زیست داشته باشد.    روش بررسی: هدف این مقاله با استفاده از رویکرد جدید ناریان و ناریان به دنبال است که انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر بر آلودگی هوا و انتشار CO2 در کشورهای منتخب توسعه‌یافته (پُر درآمد) و درحال‌توسعه (درآمد متوسط رو به پایین) در دوره زمانی2022-1992 تأثیری داشته است. ضرایب کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت از مدل پژوهش تصریح و با روش‌ داده‌های تابلویی شامل CS-ARDL برای این گروه از کشورها تخمین زده شده‌اند.    یافته‌ها: نتایج تخمین ضریب رشد درآمد ملی سرانه در بلندمدت برای کشورهای پُر درآمد نشان می‌دهد، کشش این متغیر در بلند‌مدت کمتر از کوتاه‌مدت در این کشورهای می‌باشند. بنا بر نظر ناریان و ناریان، "فرضیه کوزنتس زیست‌محیطی " برای این گروه کشورها رد نمی‌شود. نتایج تخمین ضریب مصرف انرژی تجدیدپذیر نشان در بلندمدت می‌دهد که ضریب این متغیر در دوره بلندمدت برای در کشورهای منتخب توسعه‌یافته و درحال‌توسعه منفی می‌باشد. بر اساس این یافته، رشد مصرف انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر در این گروه کشورها منجر به کاهش آلودگی هوا و انتشار CO2 در بلندمدت در این کشورها می‌شود.    بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به چشم انداز آینده پیش رو به منظور تضمین رشد اقتصادی پایدار، سرمایه‌گذاری در زیرساخت‌های منابع انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر امری ضروری است. در این زمینه دولت‌ها می بایست با سرمایه گذاری و تدوین استراتژی مناسب امکان استفاده از نیروگاه‌های انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر جهت تولید و استفاده هرچه بیشتر از این منابع انرژی‌ را فراهم نماید. بعلاوه گسترش استفاده از منابع مختلف انرژی تجدیدپذیر به‌ویژه در کشورهایی نظیر ایران که دارای پتانسیل بالایی برای بهره گیری از منابع انرژی تجدیدپذیر مانند خورشید، باد و... می باشند، از گزینه‌های مهم به‌منظور کاهش انتشار CO2 در میان‌مدت و بلندمدت است. با این حال برای تضمین رشد اقتصادی پایدار، سرمایه‌گذاری مداوم در زیرساخت‌های انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر امری ضروری است.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: Currently, energy, as one of the main production factors, has a great contribution to the growth and development of different countries. Considering that economic growth with the current pattern of energy consumption in middle-income countries such as Iran leads to environmental damage and worsening air pollution, on the one hand, adopting appropriate policies to reduce the effects of pollutants in these countries is imperative. It is necessary, and on the other hand, due to the need to achieve stable economic growth, the replacement of fossil fuels with renewable energy sources should not stop the continuation of the path of economic growth. The use of renewable energies as much as possible, in addition to creating special capacities for economic growth, by diversifying the energy portfolio of countries, improves energy security and can play an important role in protecting the environment by reducing air pollution. Material and Methodology: This article aims to find out the effect of renewable energies on air pollution and CO2 emissions in selected developed (high-income) and developing (lower-middle-income) countries from 1992 to 2022 using the new approach of Narian and Narian. Is. Short-term and long-term coefficients have been estimated from the explicit research model and with the panel data method including CS-ARDL for this group of countries. Findings: The results of estimating the growth rate of per capita national income in the long term for high-income countries show that the elasticity of this variable in the long term is lower than in the short run in these countries. According to Naryan and Naryan, the "Environmental Kuznets hypothesis" is not rejected for this group of countries. The results of the estimation of the renewable energy consumption coefficient show in the long run that the coefficient of this variable is negative in selected developed and developing countries. Based on this finding, the growth of renewable energy consumption in this group of countries leads to the reduction of air pollution and CO2 emissions in the long run in these countries. Discussion and Conclusion: Considering the future perspective, in order to ensure sustainable economic growth, investing in the infrastructure of renewable energy resources is essential. In this context, governments should provide the possibility of using renewable energy power plants to produce and use these energy resources as much as possible by investing and formulating a suitable strategy. In addition, expanding the use of different renewable energy sources, especially in countries like Iran, which have a high potential for using renewable energy sources such as the sun, wind, etc., is one of the important options to reduce CO2 emissions in the medium and long term.
