fa تحلیل انتقادی ارزیابی ارائه شده از سطح مقاومت اقتصاد ایران در آیینه‌ی شاخص‌های جهانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><i><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;">طی سال‌های اخیر مطالعات گوناگونی با کمی‌سازی مفاهیمی نظیر تاب‌آوری اقتصادی، انعطاف‌پذیری اقتصادی، ضدشکنندگی اقتصادی و... به پیشنهاد شاخص‌هایی برای ارزیابی سطح مقاومت اقتصادی در جوامع پرداخته‌اند و بر مبنای شاخص‌های پیشنهادی خود اقدام به رتبه‌بندی کشورهای مختلف از جمله جمهوری اسلامی ایران نموده‌اند. نوشتار پیش‌رو با تحلیل انتقادی ابعاد، مؤلفه‌ها و نماگرهای به کار رفته در دو مورد از این شاخص‌ها که توسط &laquo;شبکه ایالات کوچک برای توسعه اقتصادی&raquo; و &laquo;شرکت بیمه </span></span></i><i><span dir="LTR">&nbsp;FM Global</span></i><i><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;">&raquo; طراحی شده‌اند تلاش نموده است نشان دهد که شاخص‌های مذکور تا چه اندازه‌ای می‌توانند تصویر درستی از سطح مقاومت اقتصادی ایران به نمایش بگذارند. برای این منظور در این مقاله با بهره‌مندی از روش تحقیق اسنادی، گزارشات منتشر شده بر مبنای دو شاخصی که اشاره شد مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و پس از معرفی اجزاء تشکیل دهنده‌ی آنها و مرور ارزیابی ارائه شده در این گزارشات از اقتصاد ایران و چند کشور دیگر، ضمن تحلیل انتقادی نماگرهای به کار رفته در طراحی این شاخص‌ها نشان داده شده که با توجه به تمایزات عمده‌ای که اجزاء و مدل مفهومی تشکیل دهنده‌ی این شاخص‌ها از حیث &laquo;خاستگاه&raquo;، &laquo;مؤلفه‌های ایدئولوژیک به کار رفته در آنها&raquo; و &laquo;جامعیت یا شمول&raquo; با مفهوم اقتصاد مقاومتی دارند، نمی‌توانند نمای درستی از سطح مقاومت اقتصاد ایران به نمایش بگذارند و در نتیجه برای اینکه بتوانیم روند مقاوم شدن اقتصاد کشور را مورد مطالعه قرار بدهیم باید به طراحی شاخص‌های ترکیبی جدیدی بپردازیم که مرور تجربه جهانی موجود در این زمینه می‌تواند دستاوردهای قابل اعتنایی در این زمینه داشته باشد.</span></span></i></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><em><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" times="">In recent years, various studies by quantifying concepts such as economic resilience, economic flexibility, economic antifragility, etc., have proposed indicators to evaluate the level of economic resistance in societies and based on their proposed indicators, they have ranked different countries, including the Islamic Republic of Iran. The following article, by critically analyzing the dimensions, components and indicators used in two of these indicators, which were designed by &quot;Small States Network for Economic Development&quot; and &quot;FM Global Insurance Company&quot;, has tried to show to what extent the mentioned indicators can show the correct picture of the level of economic resistance of Iran.
