fa شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل غیرمالی تاثیرپذیر از بحران کرونا با بکارگیری روش دلفی فازی و فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><em><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif=""><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" zar="">عملکرد شرکت به یکی از اجزای مهم فعالیت سازمانی تبدیل شده است که توجه فزاینده ای را از سوی محققان و متخصصان به خود جلب کرده است. فقط عوامل مالی، عملکرد کامل شرکت را نشان نمی دهد زیرا بر ابعاد موفقیت شرکت در بلندمدت تمرکز نمی کند. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و اولویت&shy;بندی عوامل غیرمالی تاثیرپذیر از بحران کرونا انجام گرفت که با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی و نظرخواهی از خبرگان ضمن شناسایی عوامل غیرمالی عملکرد جهت تعیین اهمیت هر یک از آنها از فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی استفاده شد. نتایج بدست آمده براساس نظرخبرگان بعد از به کارگیری رویکرد غربالگری 18 عامل غیرمالی را که تحت تاثیر کرونا قرار می گیرند را شناسایی و تایید کردد.نتایج اوزان محاسبه شده نشان داد که کرونا بیشترین تاثیر را به ترتیب بر عوامل زنجیره تامین، نیروی انسانی، مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی، کیفیت گزارشگری، محیط رقابتی، استراتژی، وضعیت اعتباری، رفتار و اخلاق، سبک رهبری، سیستم اطلاعاتی مدیریت، امور حقوقی، مدیریت دانش، تکنولوژی، ساختار سازمانی، کنترل داخلی، راهبری شرکتی، فرهنگ سازمانی، قوانین و مقررات دارد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</em></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><em><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span sans-serif=""><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Company performance has become one of the important components of organizational activity that has attracted increasing attention from researchers and experts. Financial factors alone do not show the complete performance of the company because they do not focus on the dimensions of the company&#39;s success in the long term. This research aimed to identify and prioritize non-financial factors affected by the Corona crisis, which was carried out using the Fuzzy Delphi method and consulting experts, while identifying non-financial factors of performance to determine the importance of each of them, the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process was used. The results obtained based on the experts&#39; opinions after applying the screening approach identified and confirmed 18 non-financial factors that are affected by the Corona.
