fa تحلیلی بر عدالت در مالکیت در ایران با معیارهای قرآنی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><em><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">می‌توان گفت هر نظام اقتصادی، مبتنی بر یک ساختار از حقوق مالکیت است که این ساختار نیز بر اساس مفهومی از عدالت بنا شده است. قرآن کریم با تمرکزی که بر بحث عدالت دارد، چارچوبی از حقوق مالکیت را تعریف می‌کند. هدف این بررسی، تحلیل روند و تغییرات عدالت در مالکیت با تمرکز بر مفهوم عدالت و حقوق مالکیت در قرآن است. بخشی از بررسی برای به دست آوردن مفهوم عدالت و حقوق مالکیت در قران مبتنی بر متون موجود در این زمینه است و بخش تحلیل حقوق مالکیت در ایران به روش تحلیل آماری انجام می‌شود. برای این کار با استفاده از مبانی ساخت شاخص ترکیبی، شاخصی برای عدالت در مالکیت ساخته شده است. داده‌های مولفه‌های حقوق مالکیت که در دسترس هستند از منابع آماری به شیوه اسنادی گرآوری و مقادیر این شاخص اندازه‌گیری شده است. پس از آن روند و تغییرات این شاخص در ایران برای سال‌های 1375 تا 1402 ارایه تحلیل شده است. نتیجه اینکه چون در قرآن کریم، حقوق مالکیت عبارتند از حق تصرف و بهره‌برداری از دارایی افراد و نبود مانع و مزاحمی برای آن است، می‌توان آن را با شاخص‌هایی مانند حفاظت از حقوق مالکیت، آزادی اقتصادی، حفظ ارزش دارایی و قدرت خرید آن و ثبات قوانین و حاکمیت مقررات نشان داد. تحلیل روند این شاخص نشان می‌دهد که در همه این سال‌ها شاخص عدالت در مالکیت نسبت به کشورهای دیگر رقمی زیر 50 درصد بهترین کشورها بوده است و در دو مقطع سال‌های انتهایی دهه 70 و نیمه دوم دهه 90، کاهش بسیار شدیدی داشته است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</em></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><em><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" times="">It can be said that every economic system is based on a structure of property rights, which is also based on a concept of justice. The Holy Quran, with its focus on the issue of justice, defines a framework of property rights. The aim of this study is to analyze the trend and changes in justice in property, focusing on the concept of justice and property rights in the Quran. Part of the study to obtain the concept of justice and property rights in the Quran is based on existing texts in this field, and the part of the analysis of property rights in Iran is carried out using the method of statistical analysis. For this purpose, an index for justice in property has been constructed using the principles of constructing a composite index. The data on the components of property rights that are available have been collected from statistical sources in a documentary manner, and the values ​​of this index have been measured. After that, the trend and changes of this index in Iran for the years 1375 to 1402 are presented and analyzed. The result is that since in the Holy Quran, property rights include the right to possess and exploit individuals&#39; property and the absence of obstacles and interferences for it, it can be shown with indicators such as protection of property rights, economic freedom, preservation of the value of property and its purchasing power, and stability of laws and the rule of regulations.
