fa عدالت اجتماعی و قرآن تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><em><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">یکی از واژه‌های پرطرفدار امروزین عدالت اجتماعی است. از دیرباز واژه عدالت جایگاه ویژه‌ای در فلسفه و حکومت‌داری داشته و گستره وسیعی از مباحث درباره آن مطرح شده است. به علت ویژگی‌های مختلف عدالت برای آن انواع و ابعادی مطرح کرده‌اند. یکی از مفهوم‌های پر کاربرد در این زمینه، عدالت اجتماعی است. عدالت اجتماعی مفهومی است که در سه سده گذشته به ویژه با دیدگاه‌های سوسیالیستی ساخته شد و با تعریف‌های ایدیولوزیک انحرافی توسعه داده شد.. دیدگاه‌های سوسیالیستی مفهوم عدالت را منحرف کرد و از مبناهای سنتی آن که مانند رعایت و دادن حق افراد، رعایت شایستگی‌ها و رعایت انصاف بود، دور کرد و در عمل به گرفتن حق برخی صاحبان حق و دادن آن به برخی که صاحب آن نیستند تبدیل شد. با وجود صراحت عدالت قرآنی به عنوان عدالت فردی در رفتار با دیگران برخی کوشیده‌اند با توجیه‌هایی غیرمستند، عدالت اجتماعی را به اسلام تعمیم دهند. این در حالی است که با بررسی قران در می‌یابیم که مفهوم رایج عدالت اجتماعی با عدالت قرانی ناسازگار است. اگر بخواهیم عدالتی اجتماعی با نگاه اسلامی مطرح کنیم بی شک چیزی متفاوت از عدالت اجتماعی با معنای رایج خواهد بود. این بررسی با روش تحلیل معناشناسی واژه عدالت در قران، 3 بعد اصلی موضوع، هدف و فاعل عدالت قرآنی را استخراج و با تطبیق به مقایسه این 3 بعد در عدالت قرانی و عدالت اجتماعی با معنای رایج بپردازد. نتیجه اینکه عدالت قرانی با عدالت اجتماعی با معنای رایج امروزین در هر 3 بعد متفاوت است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</em></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><em>One of the most popular words today is social justice. The word justice has long had a special place in philosophy and governance, and a wide range of discussions have been raised about it. Due to the different characteristics of justice, various types and dimensions have been proposed for it. One of the most widely used concepts in this field is social justice. Social justice is a concept that was created in the past three centuries, especially with socialist perspectives, and was developed with deviant ideological definitions. Socialist perspectives distorted the concept of justice and moved it away from its traditional foundations, such as respecting and giving rights to individuals, respecting merits, and observing fairness, and in practice it became a matter of taking the rights of some right-holders and giving them to some who do not have them. Despite the clarity of Quranic justice as individual justice in dealing with others, some have tried to generalize social justice to Islam with undocumented justifications. This is while examining the Quran, we find that the common concept of social justice is incompatible with Quranic justice. If we want to propose social justice from an Islamic perspective, it will undoubtedly be something different from social justice with the common meaning. This study, using the method of semantic analysis of the word justice in the Quran, extracts the three main dimensions of the subject, goal and subject of Quranic justice and compares these three dimensions in Quranic justice and social justice with the common meaning.
