</abstract_fa>
	<abstract>
Today, the concept of government has undergone significant changes, so much so that different forms of government have emerged across various societies. In line with this development, diverse perspectives have arisen regarding the role and limits of government intervention in the economy. Among these are the views of Muslim scholars in the field of Islamic economics, who have raised important debates on various aspects of the state economy—including government duties, economic powers, the boundaries of intervention in private sector activities, and the causes of government inefficiency.
A notable point in these discussions is that the Holy Quran does not appear to address such issues in great detail. However, on any subject—including the economy of the state—the Quran takes precedence over the views of scholars, and only those opinions that are in harmony with the Quran can be regarded as truly Islamic. Therefore, this paper attempts to examine and formulate a theory on state economy by extracting relevant Quranic verses and conducting a comparative study between these verses and the views of four prominent Muslim thinkers: Seyed Mohammad Hosseini Beheshti, Ibn Khaldun, Morteza Motahari, and Seyed Mohammad Baqer Sadr.
The study concludes that the Holy Quran does not explicitly define the government's role in the economy and, except in exceptional cases, does not endorse government intervention in economic activities. From this perspective, Ibn Khaldun's views—which oppose direct government intervention in the private sector while emphasizing a supervisory system—are more closely aligned with the Quranic stance.
</abstract>
