fa آسیب‌شناسی عملکرد بخش سلامت در ایران از منظر عدالت با تأکید بر ملاحظات اسلامی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <em><span style="font-size: 10.5pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">توجه به سلامت افراد جامعه به‌عنوان یکی از پیش‌شرط‌های تحقق توسعه‌ی پایدار، از طریق اثرگذاری بر عملکرد نیروی انسانی، زمینه‌های ارتقاء شرایط اقتصادی را فراهم نموده و از این طریق دستیابی به اهدافی همچون رفاه عمومی، رشد اقتصادی و عدالت را که از مهم‌ترین اهداف یک جامعه‌ی اسلامی هستند، میسر می&shy;سازد. مطالعه حاضر با بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل تعدادی از شاخص‌های سلامت، به‌دنبال بررسی هم‌سویی و یا عدم‌هم‌سویی عملکرد حوزه‌ی سلامت در ایران از منظر عدالت با ایده‌آل‌های یک جامعه‌ی اسلامی می‌باشد و بدین منظور با تأکید بر برخی شاخص‌های ارزیابی در حوزه سلامت (همچون امید به زندگی در بدو تولد، نرخ مرگ‌ومیر کودکان زیر پنج سال، شاخص‌های پرداخت از جیب، پوشش بیمه، ضریب نفوذ بیمه و سلامت روان) به بررسی عملکرد حوزه&shy;ی سلامت در کشور طی سال‌های اخیر پرداخته است. نتایج حکایت از آن دارد که&nbsp; </span></span></em><em><span style="font-size: 10.5pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">هر چند در دهه‌های اخیر اقدامات مثبتی در حوزه سلامت کشور انجام شده و بهبودهایی در این حوزه ایجاد شده است. اما شرایط حاکم بر بخش سلامت در ایران چندان مطلوب و منطبق با معیارهای موجود در زمینه جامعه سالم از منظر اسلامی نمی‌باشد.</span></span></em><br> &nbsp; <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><i><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 41); font-size: 11pt;"><font face="Times New Roman">Improving the community health as one of the preconditions of achieving sustainable development goals, through promoting labor force performance, has provided the basis for economic growth and achieving to the goals such as public welfare, economic growth, and justice. This study analyzes Iran health performance through few health indicators (such as life expectancy at birth, Mortality rate, under-5 (per 1,000 live births), Out-of-pocket Payment, Insurance Coverage Rate, insurance Penetration Rate, and Mental Health Condition), in order to investigate its compatibility with Islamic justice principles.
