Investigating the effects of using Islamic banking on business development in Iran

A significant part of the requirements of the economic growth of any country depends on the proper business environment in that country. The business environment can affect the performance of the managers of production companies, labor force, economic investors, production process and economic processes of competition in the domestic and global arenas, industrial and economic development. The main purpose of the current research is to investigate the effects of using Islamic banking on business development in Iran. In order to collect data and information related to the variables of the model, the data of the central bank were used in this research. Time series regression was also used for data analysis and model estimation. The findings of the research indicate a positive and significant effect of payment of Islamic contracts on economic participation and tax revenues. Also, the results showed that payment of Islamic contracts with a one-year delay has a significant effect on economic participation and tax revenues. |
