In the dictionary, resilience means elasticity, reversibility, and resilience. In physics, it also means jumping back. The term organizational resilience emerged as an important concept in the literature of crisis management. The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of risk and resilience on the acceptance of Sharia. For this purpose, in this research, after collecting data related to company risk and flexibility, using statistical-analytical methods, the impact of Sharia was divided into three data groups. The first group is the risk score of companies, the second group is the score related to the impact of Sharia on the performance of companies, and the third group is the resilience score of companies. SPSS version 23 and Excel software were used to analyze the data. The results of the research show that there is a high regression between the correlation between the resilience and risk variables, 0.913, and the correlation between the Sharia and risk variables, -0.135, and the correlation between the Sharia and flexibility variables, -0.188. Overall, the results show that as companies' resilience increases in the country's economy, their development and future investment capacity will increase.
