| The beginning of an Islamic government, migration of the Prophet to Medina. At that time, the nascent Islamic community has the initial economic structure. The Prophet used to administer the society must reform this system. So they attempted to reform the economic structure of Medina. Corrupt jobs by the Prophet discouraged and excluded. They and pay special attention to Jihad and economic prosperity and employment and the development efforts of their development and prosperity. Prophet economic policies in the context of income and expenses that this paper focuses on explaining the question of the cost and resource allocation based on the economic policy of the Prophet. Some of the methods of allocation of resources was expressed in the Qur'an and Part was action with Prophet.
