This phenomenon, can lead to disruptions in resource distribution and an increase in social inequalities. Given the extensive impact of hoarding on the economy and society, a more precise examination of this issue and finding effective solutions to address it is of special importance. The verse on hoarding indicates that any expenditure should be in an activity that is accompanied by high efficiency, productivity, and growth, and creates the most stability for religion and society. The article, in response to the question of the concepts and terms mentioned in the verse of hoarding, with an analytical and descriptive method, states the hypothesis that the set of terms mentioned represents a fundamental rule aimed at reforming economic behaviors regarding various assets, deterring any inefficient and unproductive use that prevents the provision of consumer or production needs.
