fa درآمدی به عدالت توزیعی در قرآن کریم تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><em><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri=""><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">شئون گوناگون عدالت گستره حیات اجتماعی بشری را در بر می گیرد؛ برپایی عدالت به عنوان یکی از برنامه های محوری الهی برای رشد و تکامل اجتماعی در قرآن کریم مورد تأکید قرار گرفته است. فصل مهمی از عدالت اجتماعی را &laquo;عدالت اقتصادی&raquo; تشکیل می دهد. عدالت موهبتی الهی است ساختار و شاکله مفهومی آن آموزه های قرآن کریم قابل رهیابی است؛ پژوهش حاضر پس از بیان مفهوم رایج &laquo;عدالت اقتصادی&raquo;، مباحث مفهومی و مسائل جانبی آن را از دیدگاه قرآن کریم مورد بررسی قرار می دهد.</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">عدالت اقتصادی در قرآن کریم در دو محور اساسی قابل تقسیم است. &laquo;عدالت مبتنی بر حقوق&raquo;</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">بعنوان &laquo;امری مطلوب&raquo;&nbsp; که بر این اساس خدای متعال از انسان ها اوامر خاصی را طلب می کند و &laquo;عدالت سیستمی&raquo; در مفهوم وجودی بعنوان وصفی برای نظام هستی و خلقت، وجود قوام و هماهنگی در نظام آفرینش بکار رفته است. نحوه برخورد عادلانه با منابع طبیعی، تقسیم مناصب و موقعیت ها، عدالت در قراردادها، بازار و عوامل تولید، رابطه عدالت و مصلحت، نابرابری و چگونگی برخورداری از امکانات اولیه از جمله مباحثی است که در این مقاله از منظر آموزه های قرآنی بدان پرداخته شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</em></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><em><span style="font-size:12px;">The various aspects of justice encompass the scope of human social life; establishing justice as one of the central divine programs for social growth and development has been emphasized in the Holy Quran. An important chapter of social justice is &ldquo;economic justice&rdquo;. Justice is a divine gift, the structure and conceptual structure of which can be traced through the teachings of the Holy Quran; after expressing the common concept of &ldquo;economic justice&rdquo;, the present study examines its conceptual issues and side issues from the perspective of the Holy Quran. Economic justice in the Holy Quran can be divided into two basic axes. &ldquo;Justice based on rights&rdquo; as a &ldquo;desirable matter&rdquo; on the basis of which God Almighty demands certain orders from humans, and &ldquo;systemic justice&rdquo; in the existential concept is used as a description of the system of existence and creation, the existence of consistency and harmony in the system of creation.
