fa ساختار مالی بانک محور و نقش آن در بروز پدیده رکودتورمی در اقتصاد ایران عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;line-height:normal;"><em><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">در کشور ایران که اقتصاد آن در برخی سال‌هابا پدیده &laquo;رکودتورمی&raquo; مواجه بوده است، دارای نظام مالی &laquo;بانک&shy;محور&raquo;است؛ بدین معنی که عمده تجهیز و تخصیص منابع در این اقتصاد،توسط نظام بانکی صورت می‌گیرد. از این رو با توجه به مهم بودن نقش بانک‌ها در اقتصاد کشور خصوصاً تأمین مالی بنگاه‌های اقتصادی، بررسی جایگاه و نقش آن‌ها در تحقق پدیده رکودتورمی امری ضروری و اجتناب‌ناپذیر است.</span></span></em></p> <p><em><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">مقاله حاضر، با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه&shy;ای و اینترنتی معتبر، تلاش می‌کند به بررسی&nbsp; این فرضیه بپردازد که &laquo;در اقتصاد بانک پایه ایران، بانک‌ها نقش مهمی در بروز پدیده رکودتورمی در اقتصاد کشور داشته‌اند&raquo;. مقاله به این نتیجه رسیده است که با توجه به بانک‌پایه بودن نظام مالی کشور، عدم اعطای تسهیلات هدفمند از سوی بانک‌ها و حرکت به سمت عقود مشارکتی، افزایش مطالبات غیرجاری، عدم بازگشت بدهی‌های دولت، پیمانکاران و بنگاه‌های دولتی به بانک‌ها، افزایش سهم بنگاه&shy;داری بانک&shy;ها و همچنین افزایش میزان اضافه برداشت بانک&shy;ها از بانک مرکزی از عمده دلایل نقش بانک‌ها در بروز پدیده رکودتورمی در اقتصاد کشور می‌باشند</span></span></span></em></p> <p>In the economy of Iran, that is financial system &quot;bank- based&quot;, in some years faced the phenomenon of &quot;stagflation&quot;; mobilization and allocation of resources in the economy by the banking system.
