fa رتبه‌بندی مهم‌ترین اقدامات حوزه اجتماعی بهزیستی لرستان در راستای تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتی با استفاده از روش تاپسیس Ranking of the most important Lorestan social welfare measures in order to realize the resistance economy using the Topsis method عمومى General پژوهشي Research اقتصاد مقاومتی شکل خاصی از نظام اقتصادی اسلام است که در وضعیت حمله همه جانبه اقتصادی دشمن که کیان نظام اسلامی را به خطر میاندازد، پدید میآید.در نظام اقتصادی اسلامی، در مواجهه با این وضعیت با تغییر در اولویت هدفها و به تبع آن در اصول راهبردی و سیاستهای کلان و حاکمیت روحیه جهاد بر رفتارهای اقتصادی دولت و مردم، راهبردی کلان طراحی میشود که تهدید را تبدیل به فرصت کرده و باعث رشد جهشی میشود .دراین تحقیق که با عنوان رتبهبندی مهمترین اقدامات حوزه اجتماعی بهزیستی لرستان در راستای تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتی میباشد با استفاده از روش تصمیمگیری تاپسیس به رتبهبندی فعالیتهای حوزه اجتماعی بهزیستی لرستان پرداخته شده به همین منظور مولفههای اقتصاد مقاومتی که از مجموعه سخنرانیها و بیانات مقام معظم رهبری در جمع مسئولین و کارشناسان ارشد اقتصادی نظام منبعث شده، معیارهای ماتریس و فعالیتهای حوزه اجتماعی بهزیستی لرستان که برگرفته از اساسنامه سازمان بهزیستی بودهاند بعنوان گزینهها در ماتریس تصمیمگیری تعریف شدهاند. نمونه آماری شامل از45 نفر از کارشناسان نخبه و آگاه به مسائل و فعالیتهای این سازمان میباشند که به صورت غیر احتمالی انتخاب شدهاند. با تکمیل ماتریس توافقی تصمیم و وزندهی به شاخصهای آن رتبهبندی گزینهها صورت گرفت، نتایج پژوهش حاکی از این است که فعالیتهای آموزشی این سازمان در رتبه اول و دیگر فعالیتها نیز به ترتیب اهمیت در رتبههای بعدی قرار گرفتهاند.   Resistance is a particular form of economic system of Islam, which arises in the state of the full economic attack of the enemy that threatens the Islamic system. In the Islamic economic system, in response to this situation, with a change in the priority of the goals and, consequently, in the strategic principles and policies and the domination of the spirit of jihad on the economic and social behaviors of the state and the people, a strategic strategy that turns the threat into an opportunity and makes Leaky growth. In this research, which is ranked as the most important measures in the Lorestan social welfare area in order to realize the resistance economy, using the Topsis decision-making method, the Lorestan social welfare activities rankings have been analyzed. Respectively, the economics of resisting economics from the series of lectures and statements The Supreme Leader is among the top officials and top-level economic experts of the system, the criteria for matrixes and activities in the social sphere of Lorestan, which are derived from the charter of the Welfare Organization, are defined as options in the decision matrix. The statistical sample consists of 45 elite and conscious experts in the issues and activities of this organization that have been selected in a non-probable manner.
