The financial independence of women in the family institution causes unity between men and women, the strength of marital relations and the greater efficiency of the most fundamental social institution, the family, and ultimately increases the satisfaction of its members with life. Among the most important legal protections and financial credits allocated to women in married life, we can mention dowry, which has a contractual aspect, and alimony and wages for household labor, which have a non-contractual aspect. In this regard, the present research is organized with the aim of investigating the relationship between women's enjoyment of financial credits established in the family legal system in married life and the economic base resulting from the realization of these credits for women. The research method was conducted in the form of a survey in 22 districts of Tehran and the sample size included 382 married women. The findings indicate the positive effect of receiving Islamic financial credits on the variable of women's economic base, and to be more precise, with the increase of one unit of Islamic financial credits, the amount of 0.341 is added to the economic base of women. Receiving financial credits from the husband has a direct effect on the economic security of married women and their financial independence. The results of this study show the direct effect of receiving financial credits from the spouse on their financial security. Also, the findings indicate the positive impact of receiving financial credits from non-spouse (inheritance) on the variable of women's employment.
