The purpose of this research is to investigate the potential role of human resource competence in fintech adoption. In addition, this research examines the role of service innovation as a mediating variable between fintech adoption and company growth. The design method of quantitative research and its type is descriptive-survey. In order to conduct this research, the questionnaire of Arz Bhutto et al. (2023) was used to collect data. The statistical population of the research is management level employees working in banks. For this purpose, several questionnaires were provided to employees through different methods. In order to investigate the society more closely, the questionnaire was also distributed in person in Tehran, Kermanshah, Markazi and Fars provinces. After distributing the questionnaire and using simple random sampling, finally 391 acceptable answers were collected and analyzed. In order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling (SEM) was used in SMART PLS software. The results of the research showed that the competence potentials of human resources have a positive effect on the adoption of fintech. The analysis of research findings shows that service innovation contributes to the growth of the company. In addition, these findings confirmed the effect of human resource competence potentials on the adoption of fintech in banks. The research suggests the implementation of effective human resource practices to develop the potential of employees, because the optimization of employee performance can affect service innovation and business growth.
