Abstract:   (9 Views)
Capital collection and provision has been and is emphasized as one of the most important inputs of continuous economic activities in economic literature. This issue, which is followed in applied discussions in the form of the category of financing, begins with the optimal collection of resources and continues to their optimal allocation. This discussion is accompanied by more challenges in some areas, which can be specifically mentioned in small and medium-scale economic activities, especially in local (peripheral) areas. On the other hand, in the last decade, approaches such as crowdfunding and microfinance have been widely used and emphasized. Because these approaches, apart from economic infrastructure activities, are widely used in many areas, especially in small and medium-sized enterprises and the pursuit of the goals of job creation, poverty reduction, promotion of economic justice, etc. In this regard, the Qarz al-Hasana institution is one of the best platforms that can be fruitful. That is, as an example of crowdfunding and microfinance, it can achieve many of the goals of policymakers in the above-mentioned areas. It seems that if we define the provision of resources in a Qarz al-Hasanah fund from crowdfunding to microfinance mechanisms in the form of a value chain, in this context, the use of information and communication technology capabilities can be very effective and improve the efficiency of this process. The present article examines the dimensions of this issue. The results suggest that the use of cyberspace capabilities in Qarz al-Hasanah institutions as a financial institution can have consequences such as reducing information asymmetry, strengthening the evaluation and accreditation system, reducing the cost of supervision, increasing financial participation, increasing equity in access, etc., and practically significantly strengthen the role of Qarz al-Hasanah institutions in developing social justice and improving the economic well-being of their surrounding environment.
