Qarz al-Hassaneh in the Islamic economics

One of the teachings that has been emphasized on in Islam is the issue of the borrowing money and free-interest loans(Qarzol Hasaneh). On the one hand, Qarzol Hasaneh are among the most important economic principles to which Islam has given it great importance. Qarzol Hasaneh are characterized by certain features such as honesty, being without hypocrisy, lending lawful property without rubbing it in. Lending others money brings about effective social effects such as improvement of the society, creating a spirit of solidarity and reducing materialistic spirit in the society. The key question is what is the place of and free-interest loans in Islamic economics? To determine this, we need to analyze the main features of these loans. To achieve this, the borrower and the lender's incentive structure is studied. The second way is getting familiarized with the customs and the third is reviewing the relationship between and free-interest loans with other contracts. Methodology is a descriptive – analytical one.
