Banks by organizing the cash surplus of the people and equipping and directing their savings and deposits to natural and legal persons who are in short supply of cash have an important role in the growth of production, investment and employment. However, inefficient organization structures, especially in the area of the banking system, have led to the allocation of facilities to the detriment of productive sectors and to the benefit of non-productive sectors.
