The Functioning of the Motivational System Extracted from the Iranian Islamic Model of Progress in Cultural Economy

Today, the oppressive sanctions of the enemies, the resulting economic constraints, the need to protect the field of culture against these invasions and the development of a mechanism based on the beliefs and in accordance with the local characteristics of the country, the field of cultural economics has attracted the attention of those interested in the Islamic system. The motivational system, which includes the set of internal and external forces that motivate the individual towards the goals, is closely related to the individual's goals. The ultimate goal of cultural economics from the perspective of the Iranian Islamic model of progress as a upstream, comprehensive document, derived from value menus and based on the country's indigenous conditions, is spiritual and material progress. Accordingly, the motivational system in conventional cultural economics will have many differences with the motivational system based on the Iranian Islamic model of progress. In this article, with the method of qualitative content analysis and comparative study, we seek the function of the motivational system derived from the Iranian Islamic model of progress in cultural economics. The results of the present study indicate that the maximum use of motivational system based on the Iranian Islamic model of progress in areas such as consumption, production, labor and government, is a prerequisite and basic strategy for achieving the maximum school of cultural economics based on the Iranian Islamic model of progress.
