Considering the emerging nature of fintechs, in which we have witnessed a high growth of global investment in recent years for several reasons, and also the need to pay attention to the extensive growth of social networks and their undeniable impact on people's lives; It can be said that regardless of sanctions, innovative plans will be good facilitators for economic growth and connecting Iran's economy to other countries in various fields. Based on this and considering the many problems of these projects in financing and attracting investment, it is necessary to examine the solution and design appropriate tools. Currently, bank contracts for financing are not structurally compatible with these types of activities, and it is necessary to design an efficient tool.
Also, the purpose of this article is to solve the problems related to financing activists and idea makers in these sectors as a driving force for job creation and improving their financing in the form of presenting a new certificate called Auction Deposit Certificate and also creating an opening for creative ideas to come to fruition in the platform. The economy of the country and the financial support of ideas are in this sector. Using the qualitative approach and theme analysis, this article examines and designs a certificate called an auction deposit certificate.
The statistical population of the current research consists of experts and managers who are familiar with certificates of deposit in banks, and 15 people from bank were selected using targeted sampling. To collect data, in-depth interviews were used, and for data analysis, thematic analysis method (theme) and MAXQDA version 20 software were used. In this study, 10 main codes and 72 secondary codes were extracted. This certificate and design with this mechanism is a completely new idea and the origin of its creation is the field research and researcher's operation in one of the country's banks based on the feeling of need based on its use.
Considering that this type of certificate will be designed based on the rational assumption of the depositors' behavior and idea, therefore, in addition to paying attention to the possible future problems regarding the rate of this type of certificate in the banking regulations department, predictions should be made to adjust this important also during the design of this Let us have a certificate that based on the experiences of the elites and according to the extracted themes, one of the solutions can create points for the certificate holder as people who have helped in entrepreneurship and creating stable employment and providing innovative capital.
