The emergence and progress of the digital revolution and information technology has increased the speed of changes. In the meantime, by removing the constraints of time and place by providing banking services on the Internet, banks have been able to create a new generation of customers called electronic customers by increasing the practice of online exchanges and creating electronic banking. On the other hand, customer loyalty is one of the most important factors affecting the profitability and survival of organizations and companies, and in today's competitive world, the success of companies depends on maintaining, maintaining and communicating with customers. In this regard, in the current research, the impact of the influencing factors on customer loyalty in the use of electronic banking in Sepeh Bank branches in Mako Free Commercial and Industrial Zone has been investigated. The statistical population of the research is 30,188 customers of Sepeh Bank branches in the Mako Azad region, of which 380 were selected by a simple random method and questioned. Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to check the relationship between variables. The results obtained from the data analysis showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of electronic banking services on the website and customer loyalty.
