Abstract Speaking of the consumer is speaking about all persons in society and the search for consumer rights, the search is for all their rights. In this paper, has been used analytical–descriptive approach. According to this article, Islam has investigated consumer rights, the government's responsibility in this matter and take the necessary action to support it. Sanctions of riba, prohibition of hoarding and etc intransactions are only examples to support consumer rights in Islamic jurisprudence. The second part examines the performance of the Iranian economy in the field of consumer rights. It can be said in iran, rule of market system has been acted in effecient that main reason could be strong presence of State and governmental outsoursings and monopolies and rent-seeking. Rules defined and implemented in such a way that not only did not help market transparency, but also has become a factor has fueled the deteriorating situation. Finally, it can be said consumer rights and protection from those With what considered Islam and emphasized the abundant this is far. |
