For improvement of financing oil projects, after amending of the Fifth Development Plan and the Budget Law for year 1390, the Ministry of Petroleum and National Iranian Oil Company were permitted for financing and investing in projects upstream use from Sukuk. This permits for better use, need to select the most efficient and effective and most appropriate types of Sukuk. For this aim, did comparative study of the features of each of Sukuk with investment properties characteristics in each of the sectors of oil, and examined compatible Sukuk. Based on the findings of this study, to investments financing in upstream oil industry in sukuk rent (Ijareh), Istisna'a and participation (Mosharekat) are most applicable.
