| This study used the items included in the financial statements of 12 selected banks for the annual period of 2012 to 2021 after investigating the effect of the expansion of electronic banking on bank arrears. In addition to the indicators of the ratio of arrears to deposits and assets and electronic banking index, the used model has also used some banking health indicators to increase the explanation of the model. The research results show that the expansion of electronic banking does not have a significant effect on reducing bank arrears |
