The indifference of employees towards the pillars of the organization as well as different dimensions of business is one of the biggest management challenges today. Dozens of hours of effort and millions of tomans are organized for the purpose of success and prosperity, but sometimes the business declines like a blood transfusion on a lifeless body without any achievements. In management science, there are management methods that seem to be able to overcome this important challenge. But the morale of the employees can also be effective in facing this problem. Therefore, in this article, we examined the effect of one of the leading methods of management under the name of transformational leadership in a changing environment called organizational empowerment on organizational indifference in the Mashhad branches of the National Bank of Iran as one of the organizations that has experienced this management style. The purpose of this study is to follow the role of transformational management style on the challenge of organizational indifference in an environment where organizational empowerment plays a mediating role in the relationship between managers and employees. For this purpose, we used a standard questionnaire based on the Likert scale with 48 items covering all dimensions of the dependent and independent variables of the research, as well as organizational empowerment as a mediating variable. Based on the results, a significant positive effect between transformational leadership and organizational empowerment and a significant negative impact between transformational leadership style and organizational empowerment on organizational indifference were identified.
