Determining the right of ownership in production works caused by artificial intelligence with a view on the economy of e-commerce

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies and their increased use in creating content and creative works, determining ownership rights in these works has become an important and challenging issue. In this article, the legal, economic and ethical aspects of the determination of ownership rights in the production works caused by artificial intelligence are investigated and its impact on the e-commerce economy is analyzed. The purpose of this research is to determine the ownership rights in the production works caused by artificial intelligence with a view on the e-commerce economy, in order to determine and select indicators by using the research literature and exploratory interviews along with a survey of 12 company managers. production of computer information technologies has been carried out, theoretical saturation has been reached from the purposeful sampling method and theoretical sampling, and then the obtained information has been created using the analysis method of the examined theme and a paradigm model which is made by the software Maxqda 20 has been analyzed, the findings of the research show a variety of causal factors, phenomenon-oriented, strategies, intervening, contextual and consequences, which according to the research approach, the research model at the level of dimensions and components investigated and validated in two Quantitative and qualitative stages were carried out. Since e-commerce is highly dependent on the production and distribution of digital content, the correct determination of ownership rights in production works by artificial intelligence can play a key role in protecting the economic interests of actors in this field. Also, the lack of clarity in the laws related to ownership can lead to a reduction in the motivation for innovation and investment in artificial intelligence technologies.
