Value creation is a main factor in the sustainability and excellence of organizations, which, in addition to profitability, leads to customer retention, achieving business goals and generating income. The purpose of this research is to provide a model of stakeholder participation to create value in the banking industry. The statistical population of the current research is the employees of the Agricultural Bank of East Azarbaijan Province, whose number is 450. Cochran's correlation was used to calculate the statistical sample size, and the statistical sample size was 208 people. A stratified random sampling method was used to select a statistical sample from the statistical population. In the quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The validity and reliability of the tool was done in the quantitative section using experts' opinions and Cronbach's alpha. Finally, three components of stakeholder awareness, organizational culture, and bank performance were identified and the stakeholder participation model was confirmed.
