"Designing a Model for Empowering Marketing and Sales Staff in Agricultural Bank: A Digital Approach"

Today, many organizations are looking for empowerment in their business, because it can be a solution to increase productivity and motivate employees. Employee empowerment refers to the act of giving employees the independence, resources, and support necessary to make decisions, solve problems, and own their work. And it's trusting employees to make the right decisions, providing them with the resources they need to succeed, and encouraging them to learn and grow through their experiences. The main goal of this research is to design a model for empowering the digital skills of the employees of the Agricultural Bank. The statistical population of the current research includes experts, including managers of the Agricultural Bank, specialists and university professors in the field of management in the field of banking who had the necessary knowledge, expertise and skills in the relevant field. In this research, a total of 11 interviews have been conducted in the qualitative section based on the interviews conducted and reaching theoretical saturation. In the qualitative analysis, the qualitative data analysis method known as theme analysis was used in the preliminary interviews, the results of which are accessible in the explanation of the analytical model of the research. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with these people to collect data, and a random sample was taken using the snowball method. In this study, open coding, axial and selective coding were used to collect qualitative data.
