The present study aims to analyze the mediating role of work-family enrichment in the impact of an ethical culture on employees' ethical literacy in the Telecommunications Company of East Azerbaijan Province. This research is applied in nature and employs a descriptive-correlational method. The statistical population consists of 1,722 employees of the Telecommunications Company of East Azerbaijan Province, from which a sample of 314 individuals was estimated based on Cochran's formula and selected through stratified random sampling. The data collection tools include the standard questionnaires of ethical culture by Treviño et al. (1998), ethical literacy by Tuvana (2007), and work-family enrichment by Carlson (2006). To examine the causal relationships among research variables and assess the fit of the observed data with the conceptual model, research hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling and the partial least squares method (PLS3). The findings revealed that ethical culture significantly impacts employees' ethical literacy and work-family enrichment. Additionally, work-family enrichment significantly influences employees' ethical literacy. Furthermore, at a 99% confidence level, work-family enrichment mediates the effect of ethical culture on employees' ethical literacy.
