The model of the critical factors of failure in the direction of the adoption of the integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system in the country's steel industries

The implementation of the ERP solution leads to optimization and changes that go beyond improving the current situation of the organization, and its main goal is to provide the long-term and strategic needs of the organization and empower it in various business areas. The rise in the use of ERP systems started from the time of their appearance and continues, this topic has also spread to Iranian organizations Take a meter with you. Since the current research seeks to identify critical failure factors in the direction of Sisnam's adoption of a comprehensive enterprise resource program (ERP) and its results can be used directly for all organizations, it is considered as a type of applied research. Also, from the point of view of the approach, the current research is considered to be a mixed type of research, which was done using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. In order to perform meta-combination, the seven-step method of Sandelowski and Barroso (2003) has been used in this research. As a result of searching and checking using the key words in question, 619 items related to the words were found. Key words were searched in both English and Persian languages. Finally, 79 related sources have been obtained after the previous steps. These 79 sources include 1 dissertation with a quantitative approach, 1 article with a qualitative approach, and 77 articles with a quantitative approach. Then, considering the concept of each of these codes, they are grouped into a similar concept. The research indicators were categorized into 2 categories, 8 themes and 39 concepts.
