The purpose of the current research is identifying implementation strategies of credit policies in the country's Qard Al-Hasan Banks. The current research is based on interpretive paradigm and its nature is exploratory-descriptive and in terms of the purpose, it is also included in the category of applied research. In order to obtain data, a qualitative method was used. The statistical population of the research is scientific experts and executive-management experts. The data collection tools were semi-structured interview, library studies and literature review. By using non-probability targeted sampling method, 15 exploratory and in-depth interviews were conducted with experts. To analysis the data, the method of content analysis and MAXQDA20 software was used. A multilevel diagram of the relationships between the exploratory themes of research (strategies for implementation of credit policies) was extracted with 113 basic themes, 15 organizing themes, and 3 comprehensive themes (legal strategies, implementation strategies, and control strategies). Credit policies based on the bank's directions, priorities, principles and goals are known as an important and integral part of a bank's macro policies, and using the strategies presented in this research will be effective in implementation of credit policies.
