It can be said that the structure of property rights in every economic system is based on a definition of justice. The Quran pays special attention to justice.The concept of Quranic justice can be derived from the verses of the Quran. This justice will also be the basis of justice in ownership. The framework of property rights that can be derived from the Quran is based on this justice. The framework of justice in ownership has dimensions that allow us to obtain the view that governs the verses of the Quran in this field. However, some views have been put forward in this field under the title of Islamic, some of which are worth considering. If we want to criticize, accept, or reject a particular perception regarding the issue of justice in ownership in the name of Islam, the best standard is the Quran. Therefore, this article has attempted to examine the issue of justice in ownership in the Quran by extracting verses related to justice in ownership in the Quran and theoretically formulate its main dimensions. In this study, we conclude that the basis of justice in the Quran is the observance of the rights of individuals based on acquired rights, natural rights, and divine decrees. It can be said that based on the Quran, justice builds the structure of property rights in society through the observance of the right to property, the observance of the right to economic freedom of individuals in exercising the right to dispose of their property, and the protection of rights and maintaining economic security.While the views of Muslim scholars are not the same in all aspects, and some are not in harmony with the Quran.
