Every organization is created in order to achieve a specific goal or goals, and relationships, coordination and allocation of resources are formed in order to achieve the same goals in the organization, and it is the human force that brings organizations closer to their goals. Considering that human resources are the most important resource of any organization, managers should pay sufficient and necessary attention to training and increasing their knowledge and empowering them to manage the affairs of the organization. The purpose of the current research is to design the model of practical training courses in the banking industry with the approach of improving the quality in the implementation of training courses. This research is developmental in terms of its purpose and a mixed research (qualitative and quantitative) in terms of data collection method. Based on the analysis of qualitative data, the themes of practical training courses in the banking industry were identified with the approach of improving quality in the implementation of training courses. These tools were given to 16 experts and professors of the university in the form of a conceptual framework, and they were surveyed about all the categories in this framework in the form of a questionnaire. After collecting experts' opinions and using their guidance, the final framework was modified and the final themes approved by the experts were used as the final questionnaire.
