The success and progress of any organization depends on the human resources working in it. If the officials of the organization are not able to attract and maintain competent and motivated human resources and cannot improve the level of quality of working life of the people, that organization in order to fulfill its responsibilities and duties with problems will be encountered and as a result the productivity of the organization will decrease.Based on this, the current research seeks to determine the role of excellence in human capital on the maintenance of human resources in Iran's health insurance organization. The research method is descriptive-correlation. For sampling, 175 people were selected based on the Cochran formula used. In order to collect data, the questionnaire of human capital improvement strategies of the Iranian Human Resources Management Association was used with a reliability of 0.869 and the questionnaire of maintaining human resources of Lango and Mora with a reliability of 0.901 was used. Data were analyzed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, linear regression test. The results of the research showed that the excellence of human capital has an effect on the maintenance of human resources in Iran's health insurance organization, and the leadership of human capital and human capital strategies lead to the maintenance of human resources in Iran's health insurance organization.
